It’s working!

I had no idea how effective it is to record everything you eat. I’ve learned so much! I was so tired by the end of the day, my feet hurt, none of my pretty clothes fit me anymore, it was so depressing. And no one else in my household even realized it.

I hurt my knee pretty bad on March 31, and the pain really wrecked my appetite. After a couple weeks I had lost about 4 lbs so I decided I would try to keep that going. The MyFitnessPal app was the perfect thing to help me see my horrible eating habits. It really is an eye-opener. Now, I am down 20 lbs, and my clothes closet in fun again! I can lift my feet up to put on socks again without crossing my legs. I can tuck in my shirts comfortably now.
