I’m a FIFO wife and mum to four children ages 7,8,10, and 12. My youngest has just been diagnosed with ASD. I’ve had chronic shingles and pain for years. I realised with the diagnosis of my son that I have so many people depending on me, I have to reset my body, and get myself together.
