Pleased to meet all of you, have been somewhat doing some weight loss since April.

My goal is to be the weight I was at 19 when I first left to go to university in US which was 80kg. When I left US I was 118kg :P no thanks in part to living in a fully catered residence hall where there was little control over food and food was so crappy we simply had to load it up with all kinds of funny sauces just to make it palletable. Later on gained a bit more due to lack of any real exercise and became 129kg.

Today am 109kg and the only thing I do to lose weight is maintaining the garden, walking my 2 Rottweilers and every now and then instead of calling for a maid I clean and do the housework myself. Obviously I've also been watching what I eat, alas have somewhat hit a plateau which means am stuck at 109kg for the past month............grrrrrrr
