Starting to see a change

Slowly getting there ,only small loses but I can see a small change 1 lb away from 2 stone ! Just going to keep plodding on 😃

Easy to see the change, clear as day. You go lady. I admit I did not have a full length picture (would not let anyone take) when I started. But after I lost the first 50 pounds I have taken one. So when I lose the next 41 pounds I darn well am going to take that picture. But as you say you keep plodding, I think you are up to chugging along now!

I think the difference in waist measurement is significant- at least several inches, and it's off your abdomen, where it is dangerous to accumulate fat.

You've definitely gone beyond "starting" to see a change. There is already a significant loss here. Be thankful and continue on. If your loss rate starts to slow or taper off, continue on. Don't lose heart. Consistency wins the race in the long term.
