Hello, all! I'm a 911 dispatcher and a lot of the time I cannot leave work for food. I always bring things with me, but I'm getting bored of the same ole ideas. Any recommendations for food that is cold or can be microwaved?

There is a place that sells takeaway poke bowls near my office. I pop out in the morning to get one before the queue forms at lunchtime to eat at my desk.

I am a teacher and somedays it’s hard to even heat up food. I bought a lunch crockpot that allows you to fill a little stainless steel insert and heat it up. When you are ready to eat, it’s already perfect temp. I bring dinner leftovers to work a lot and it is so convenient.

I also like making roll ups with FlatOut bread. I do low sodium cold cuts or pb & j.

I use cans of Campbell's or Progresso soup. Low calorie and super easy to nuke.
