Mud Runs

Hello,
I was wondering if any of you have trained for or participated in a mud run in your area? How was the experience?

    DO you mean Hash Hound Harriers? I did it several times in my younger years, but there was too much beer involved!

    I don't know what that is. Out here in CA they are just call Mud Runs. Anybody?

    I witnessed my first mud run today out in Lake Elsinore CA. It was awesome to see people out there working it. It was a 5K. I'm motivated to do the Del Mar, San Diego 5K mud run now. No more standing on the sidelines.
