Does the sugar content in the Coke put you over your carb goal? You could substitute Coke Zero if it does. The whiskey itself should have little effect on ketosis, unless you tend to get snacky when you drink.

Yeh it is coke zero, I was wondering about the whiskey I know dry red wine is meant to be OK but I fancied a whisky and hope it doesn't through me out too much x

As I understand it, distilled alcohols don't cause issues with keto so long as you don't add sugary mixers. Of course, the alcohol still has calories and you still need stay under your calorie target.

I to enjoy some whiskey. When I was hard core dieting (like I should be doing now lol) I would only have a shot of whiskey and a glass of ice water when I'd go out.

Be sure to record it accurately in your MFP food diary. You need to see if you're staying inside your calorie limits. I hardly ever drink more than one glass at a time, and usually not more than one day in a week, so with your amounts you need to pay close attention to what's happening there.
