Beginner!

Hi! I’m sarah and I’ve just started running and using the app everyday. Today marks number 4 of exercising. I was an athlete before and want to get back to my lean self! I’ve been running 5 miles a day and took on a 10k yesterday and felt great. I’m trying to lose weight first and then add in weights for maintenance. I could use all the advice I can get!!
