Hello,
I’m Tiffany. I just had a baby almost 4 months ago now. I’ve been back at the gym for almost a month. Trying to increase the amount of times I workout a week and eat “cleaner.” Would love someone to chat with throughout our journey! I’m about 170 right now and my goal is to be 125-130 by May 2019.

Congrats on the little one. That's fine if you want to eat "cleaner" but your way of eating in inconsequential to weight loss, focus on calories and making sure you're in a deficit on a consistent basis. Manipulate your diet for fat loss, exercise for enjoyment, health benefits, and aesthetics (if lifting).2
