I’ve lost 80 pounds and also have had 2 children . Now that I’m with in 5 pounds of my goal I want to start toning my arms and stomach ( I’m a massage therapist and need no leg work ) .Im looking for tricks to help with this extra skin in my abs ... I don’t want a surgery but would consider cool sculpting laser etc but also need. Work out routine too! Thanks !

There are no exercises that will shrink your skin. Wait a couple of years after you hit your goal weight and then it will be as tight as it's going to be without surgery.2

Do lots of research before you buy anything. There are lots of expensive lotions and creams out there that sound promising, but all the info I have gathered says nothing but time makes much difference. I don't have all that much but it annoys me because it all sags down and will "pooch out" a little if shorts are at all tight (like drawstring on swim shorts tight enough that they won't come off diving). My abs are starting to have definition and I have a really odd looking (to me) picture where there is just enough load that the muscles pop out a bit. You can see a six pack is just forming and right below it a little skin is sagging over my shorts. Almost makes it look like the muscles were photoshopped.0
