Buying smaller clothes
When going shopping, I still go to the size I wore before losing 45 pounds. I was wondering how long it took others to realize that you don't wear that size anymore? Actually being able to wear something without an X after it is so new to me. I can't remember (maybe high school) wearing a normal size.

What a great problem to have! Not shopping in the "Women's" department.1

I love it. After 10 lbs I needed a smaller size. I spent too much money.1

Some of it is in our heads, but imo a lot of it is sizing aka vanity sizing/inconsistency. I can wear one size in one brand, bigger size in another or some items marked S, they're really big.
I went into Old Navy recently. 3 pairs of Old Navy jeans, all 3 the same size, all 3 fit differently, 1 was too big, 1 too small, etc. Really??? ... 🙄2 -
