Help with activity level please?

Hi all,
I'm new to MFP and am struggling to decide what to set my activity level as.
I work as a housekeeper in a hotel 3 days a week, 6 hour long shifts. The other 4 days I'm at home with my son.
Would this work out as lightly active or sedentary?
Thanks in advance!

I'd search the forum for "activity levels" and go from there.0

Would suggest you go with Lightly Active for a month and then you will have some data from which you can make adjustments if necessary.1

The biggest thing with choosing activity level is the amount of daily calories it gives you. I would say lightly active as well and if you dont have a food scale get one. You would be surprised at how much a serving actually is when you weigh it out. I typically use grams when i can as I feel it is more accurate.2
