Light tuna in olive oil with garlic...

Cento is the brand I can find locally. Dump the can into a bowl, oil and all. Dice 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic depending on personal preference, and a little celery too if you like the crunch. Stir with a fork after giving the pepper mill a couple of spins over the top. We usually eat it on rosemary thins or crackers. Give it a try, it's delicious and only 275 calories for a 5oz can.

I don't. If I ever keto I'll find or make one.GaleHawkins wrote: »My go to is StarKist selects Solid Yellowfin Tuna in olive oil with cheese whisps and coconut flakes and 4 squares of 100 Bakers chocolate for desert.
Those are good as well. I use them as trail food when hiking.1 -

I put a little tomato paste, sundried tomato, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and basil in mine 😊1
