Lose 20 by the New Year!

Hi everyone! It's only 14 weeks until the end of the year. I set a goal of losing 20 by the new year, which is 1.45 pounds per week. I am going to continue my activity level, but vow to stay true to my daily calorie quota for the next 14 weeks (I love to go over all the time)! If any of you are in, have your own tips, stories, or motivation, let's do this!
