I love it! I'm at 194 and want to get down to 174 by the end of the year. I tracked my activity for the last three months and burn an average of 2800 calories, so I'm sticking with a 1900-2000 calorie approach which should have me down a little over 20 by then. I just love to go over or average it too much, so I'm gonna commit.1

I'm in! I currently weigh 198.8 and I'd like to lose 20 lbs by the end of the year. I think it's really doable as long as I stay within my calorie count. I'm also setting the goals of getting 10,000 steps 6 days a week and working out twice a week.
Let's do this!2 -

Dont worry... one needs to start with tiny steps to end up in a long jump.... lets do it with a lil more exercise0
