Hi! My name is Krystal. I’m 25 and have been on a weight loss journey for a little over a year now.

My starting weight was 260 lbs and my goal is 160 lbs. I’m currently about half way there with 55 lbs lost so far through clean eating and exercise.

Recently I’ve started losing momentum and letting the stress of working, school, and life get to me. I know I need to stay motivated and keep focus to reach my goals. So if anyone has similar goals or could just use a friend, feel free to add me 😊❤️

I think it will be easier to continue losing weight if you stop focusing on staying motivated to lose weight. Weightloss is something that just happens, over time, when you eat less (and move more). So instead, figure out how you can make eating less (and moving more) easier and more enjoyable, and work with your real life, schedule and preferences. Hint: "clean eating" has so many meanings that it's merely a distraction, and exercise is not a very effective weightloss strategy.
