I am trying to have more of a protein based diet. I feel like I never have enough energy throughout the day, and a friend of mine started I needed more protein. I am not sure how true that is since I am new to all of this. I guess I am asking for advise and also any suggestions of easy meals since I am a mother of 2 lol my time is very limited.

    If you open your diary, you might get better dietary advice. But if you're looking for more protein, try dark green veggies (Kale and spinach), beans, chicken, Quinoa, fish... I like tuna packets from Starkist and Bumblebee, though just buying it in a can is probably cheaper.
