the very first thing I did on here is click the back button in my diary to tab to the day before and record what a 'normal' day of eating usually was for me. Just so I could see how far I would have to come. Luckily it was now one of my Chinese buffet days (that had been my downfall) lol.1

I've done this before and have gotten off program. Really makes me aware of what I'm eating when I'm tracking and Whoa! that many carbs in one lousy piece of bread?. LOL!!!0
