460 days quit smoking - now to get fit

Hi Everyone, I used to be slim but after quitting smoking I put on a few KGs. I plan to get back down to a healthy weight and build some muscle and increase my overall fitness. I am completely new to all of this and am visiting the gym 5 days a week. I quit smoking so this should be a breeze, I just don’t know what I am doing so I am sure I will be asking a few questions.
