Does this sound like a good glute workout?

Options
Stairmaster high incline cardio 10 min

Walking lunges 3x10's
Bridges 3x10's
Cable Kickbacks 3x8's
One-legged deadlifts 3x8's
Hip abduction with cable 3x8's

I only have an hour or less for lunch so that's the time frame i'm working with. Today my lunch is 45 minutes.

Sounds good to me! And if you still have a few minutes you can finish off with some hill sprints on a treadmill??

My honest opinion, it's ok, but I'd want to do add one or two bigger moves... If I had 45 minutes I'd 1)warm up for five minutes or less with banded monster walk on treadmill or sumo deadlift with empty bar 2) Romanian deadlift with bb or sumo 3) hip thrust on Smith machine, move a bench over is fast... Easy to get under and load/unload 4) abduction machine or cable 5) kickbacks if time ...

Check out Bret Contreras’ strong curves- it’s a glute-oriented program.
