RICE! How does it even work?

So, I’ve had his app for several years at this point and I’m pretty good at navigating the serving sizes and things, but one I’m always a little leery of is rice. Anyone have a solid pick for which white rice and which brown rice log options are the best, and/or how many calories are in a cup of uncooked vs cooked rice?

    I always weigh my rice before cooking. White rice, 45 grams @ 160 calories. My preference is basmati. Makes about 2/3 cup cooked.

    I always weigh rice dry/uncooked. Whatever's on the package is fine.
