We call the flap-jacks
I'm curious if you are talking about pancakes since that picture does kind of look like pancakes?
It kind of does. Except what we call pancakes, are called crepes by the rest of the world0 -

Oooooh!!!! That sounds divine! I know Nutella is fabulous. I should never have tried it. I don't think I should try the cookie butter in case it is just as good or better0 -

Aren't flapjacks a pancake? This isn’t at all like a pancake, or an English muffin. It’s almost eggy like in the inside. It’s really difficult to explain as I’ve had nothing like it. You can buy them in the bread section, usually by the bagels and English muffins.
Hmm. Then I've probably never had one. But the picture looks very much like a flapjack.0 -
I think cookie butter cheesecake would be awesome.1

Crumpets are much smaller similar to english muffins.

Scroll up, I got you fam.
My pancakes don't have holes in them like many of the pictures I found. They look more like this:
I think cookie butter would go well on crumpets, pancakes, crepes, muffins, english muffins, toast, and probably other stuff. Oh, and of course it would go well on cookies.

Trader Joe's sells it (or did) and they're kind enough to sell a bite sized version.
Cookie butter rarely makes it onto a delivery device other than a spoon before making it to my mouth.1 -

I like the Trader Joe's cookie cocoa swirl, and really only eat by the spoonful or spread on toast. I tried making cookies with it and found that very underwhelming. Regular Biscoff spread (w/o swirl of chocolate) is blah to me, I'd much rather have Biscoff cookies and some coffee or tea. I feel the same about Nutella. Meh!0

Are you sure you don't mean Speculoos brand? A speculum is a whoooooolllleee different conversation.

Just be careful. Can’t have you getting a chunk of cookie lodged in your esophagus.

I am not fond of cookie butter, or nutella.
This, on the other hand, is kryptonite...

So this thread is old old. But I just stumbled upon something that I think I am going to fall in love with and I can't wait for it to arrive! I ordered two jars today.
https://www.proteincookiebutter.com/ They do sell on Amazon, too.
Watching the video with three suggestions and seeing what I can create from their recipe book left me in total amazement.-1 -

What is cookie butter? In the UK we have Lotus Biscoff spread. Is that what you mean? Biscuit spread? Cookie butter sounds incredible tbh.2

Btw, whoever flagged my post... I am not selling the cookie butter powder nor do I know the manufacturer... Just sharing something happy. It's ok to post a picture of a brand but not ok to post a link I suppose.1

Give it a try.
I don't even think I've ever seen that at the grocery store. Maybe we don't have that in Canada? 🤷♀️ or it's there and I've never noticed it.0 -
