UK based SAHM

Hi all

Just looking for some UK based friends in need of a friend for support, friendship or be able to offer support.

I'm a 28 year old SAHM originally from West Sussex now living in the North East.

I've stopped and started this journey too many times but this time seems to be happening much more naturally and I'm taking advantage of it.

I'm cutting back at the moment to lose 3 stone than once I'm there I may take a break and maintain or start on a plan to lose another 3 stone than see how I feel. September onwards my oldest is in full time school and my hubby ans in laws have offered to have the younger one for a few hours whilst I go to the gym or classes.

At the moment I'm walking alot and doing Zumba DVDs.
