Why am I getting error-h code on my digital scale?

Really frustrated because it used to work before but now when I'm trying to measure body fat etc...an error-h pops up after my weight is measured so I can't get any other readings? Anyone else have this happen? Anything I can do or do I need to bring it back and get another one?

    Tried that....weird thing is that it works fine for my husband under his profile but I get the error code on my profile.

    This. Try looking in the manual. If you don't have (or can't find) the manual, go to the manufacturer's website and poke around there for support.

    Im not assuming you're stupid or anything but are you standing in it correctly. My scales have little sensor pads things and if you dont stand on them properly it just tells me my weight and then says error.
