In a day you have to burn more calories than you consume.
That however doesn’t mean you have to exercise off every bite of food you eat. That is extremely unhealthy.
Your body burns calories 24/7. You burn calories even at complete rest. Daily activity adds to that and then exercise adds a small portion on top of that.
Just set up MFP and you will get a calorie goal to aim for that will result in weight loss. Set your activity level based on what you do outside of exercise (job/general dail life) and log any exercise when you do it.1 -
