I'm thinking how much is MFP estimated "burned" calories for exercise correct? Eg I walk my dog every day and go to work with bike, so I suppose that my body is used to it and that i burn less calories in regards to MFP estimate. Also i run 2x week, even though I'm trying increase my pace, i don't feel like i have burned so much calories. Do i need to buy HRM band, or watch? Thanks for help.

i have always used MFP calories to track exercise and lost as expected eating them all back.
for running you can use:
bodyweight in lbs x 0.63 x distance in miles.0 -

Depends on which of the hundreads of entries you select as well as the person.
(It's why the often parroted "eat 50%" is a mathematical abomination.)

No that's really not how it works or how your body works. If you are lighter and do exactly the same weight bearing exercise you would burn less. However, as people get fitter most people do more. As they get fitter they gain the ability to do more and burn more.
Also i run 2x week, even though I'm trying increase my pace, i don't feel like i have burned so much calories.
That's a good indication you are getting fitter, not an indication of calorie burns.

Only if you want to know your heartrate, they don't count calories.
