    I really had difficulty posting this due to the gains, thus the delay. On the 24th, my weight was up to 148.5 and now I’m up to 150. I have enjoyed the holiday foods far too much. However, I know these few pounds will drop off fast and then my remaining ten will be, sadly, excruciatingly slow, and yet I will soldier on! I wish everybody a wonderful new year and meeting your fitness goals.

    Oct 08 - 162.4 lbs
    Oct 15 - 160.4 lbs
    Oct 22 - 158.2 lbs
    Oct 29 - 160.8 lbs :( Damage done from my bday weekend. Chinese food and a breakfast buffet >_<


    Nov 05 - 159 lbs Very frustrated with this week, weighed exactly 159 for the past 4 days now!!
    Nov 12 - 156.8 lbs Back on track now!
    Nov 19 - 155.8 lbs
    Nov 26 - 154.2 lbs


    Dec 03 -154 lbs not sure whats going on here, been under my calorie goal of 1200 for the entire week :( Hope it

    Dec 10 - 153.2 I expected more of a loss but it's better than nothing
    Dec 17 -152 lbs
    Dec 24 -150.2lbs

    12.2 lbs down, I'm content with this. Merry Christmas everyone!

    Congratulations etherealanwar- You and I had the EXACT weights and goals. You did so well. I did not and quit. You're very inspiring!

    Awe thank you! I did try for the most part but had a few slip ups which is normal. You can do it, just don't give up on yourself! :)
