Planking - I love planking! My belly is so big, I can easily balance on it and can stay (with the support of hands and feet) easily an hour like that. Best exercise I have ever heard of.3

You cannot spot reduce fat. An overall calorie deficit is the only way to get rid of fat and where iit comes off first is genetic.12

Fork put-downs and table push-aways.
You can't spot reduce fat. Eat at a deficit to lose weight everywhere. Incorporating cardio and strength training will help with overall health, musculature, and posture (better posture give the appearance of a flatter stomach).8 -
While you can't "spot reduce" per se, for many of us, adipose fat is the stubborn belly fat. It can be extra tough to lose, and there are some methods for targeting it.9

Nope. All fat comes off the body as a result of a caloric deficit and where it comes off the body (order of shrinking) is totally determined by the person's genetics and nothing else.8 -
As already said over and over, just lose fat, it has to come from where it is. Strength work toward a nice firm wall of abs under your current "protective layer" will provide a nice six-pack reveal as you lose.1
