I'm Alicia. My goal is to loose 67lbs. I want to be in shape and healthy. A ton of hereditary health issues run in my family: Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity..... You get it. Currently I do NOT have any of these conditions. My main goal is to keep it that way. A year ago I quit smoking and also lost my grandma, it was a very hard time for me and instead of coping with everything in healthy ways I chose food. Now I'm working hard to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle, so far I have lost 20 lbs. I am also seeing my doctor monthly, so he can monitor my progress. He also sets my program guidelines for me: calorie intake, workout length,etc. I would love some friends that can help me along the way. I love my cardio, but I am weak and clueless about weight training (which I know is extremely important) so if you can offer tips on starting points I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
