Hi everyone!
I'm quite new to calorie counting but have been making a real effort to stay on track for a few weeks now. I'm using my instagram as a diary to try and stay accountable plus following others so ideas and motivation so it would be great to have more people to follow who are doing something similar!

Going hardcore is usually neither recommended nor necessary, but hunger is very subjective, so a responsible person (me) feels a need to ask if you're eating appropriately for your size - what's your height, weight and calorie target, and are you hitting your calorie target daily? If you exercise, are you logging and eating back those calories?0

@kommodevaran ah sorry, by "hardcore" I just meant I have been making a real effort to hit my calorie goal and go to the gym 4/5 times a week. I will re-word that!0

Ah, good to hear! Staying within sensible limitations can be challenging enough. Hope you get a ton (pun just partially intended, lol) of followers!0
