I love that my dad always had music going and was grooving to funky music like this when I was a kid. Today he was showing me all the tunes he has been listening to lately. The older he gets the more I cherish these moments & chats.

That sounds like a special day! 💛 I miss my dad so much. He loved music too. Mainly 70’s rock and classical. This was his favorite song before he died. It made no sense but he loved it. 😂

This was my dad’s jam when I was a kid. My mom was an opera singer so opera and classical was always on in our house. But when they’d have parties or people “over for drinks” this kind of music was playing. I was a kid in the 60s.

As a kid, I got really sick of hearing it! Lol
I do think tho that it gave me an appreciation for all types of music. Algorithms have a hard time with my music choices. 😄2 -
