Today, it's 396Hz Solfeggio. Being subjective, I like about 50% of what I find... some just sound irritating or are distracting.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LU_lEl-n5Ec

Girl! Love 'em.
That 1st Furs album is still one of the rawest, edgiest I've ever heard. Played that 'til it crumbled to dust... & my mum bought me my 1st pair of headphones, lol.0 -

Good idea. They relax me when I'm on the computer 12-hrs/day sending out CVs. My stress instantly vanishes & I work at a less frantic state... hopefully unemployment will vanish soon, too, but one thing at a time, I guess.
I even play them softly behind online interviews I listen to while working... turns out you can play 2-3 streams at one time.2 -

Well, I can't get out to any St. Pat's parade or to slosh a pint at the pub, but, I'm still celebrating.
The Rumjacks.
Happy St. Paddy's Day, All. Keep your spirits up... pun intended.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDTQQWSmo8s

Keeping my mood light with the Mo, Larry & Curly of rap... the Beastie Boys "Check it Out".
Very funny-silly video, but so sad that 2 of the 4 originals from the band are now gone, both far too young.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6iuGp9gUeNk

Ok, seriously, I know this is all kinda “fun/mindless” music but it’s great for working out to. Our gym uses this as one of their apps. You can set all your intervals in it. It’s great.
That's cool, I get it. Lots of my workout music is fun/mindless. Old disco classics... I only focus on the beat with which I want to workout.
Some may spring talons at me, but honestly, I used to put on Madonna music while on the Nordic Track... not cuz I liked it, but because I disliked it so much, I skied at breakneck speed... if I didn't meet my goal through the 1st 3 songs, song 4 was that horrid Material Girl song which makes me want to set my own hair on fire.
Fun/mindless & even bad music can be inspirational, in my house!2 -

Stabbing Westward "Save Yourself", 80s band, but a new find. Interesting vid, ahead of its time. Great workout music. If you like NIN, you'll enjoy them.

@TarryTaffyTwo remember this very NIN sounding band
I don't know them, but thank you, you've given me a whole new catalogue to explore.
I do remember the other Stabbing Westward song you listed, but never knew who they were. So, once again, it's nice to have a new band to explore.1 -

Good choice. I've always liked Courtney & play all her albums. I know most don't like her, but if I gave up listening to those who are a wee bit off kilter or less than stellar morally, then I'd have nothing to listen to... my whole catalogue of music is either filled with those who live life skirting the law or OD'd at some point.1
