Night shift workers?

Just wondering if anyone else works graveyards, and how you manage to maintain a healthy lifestyle/routine. I'm about to reactivate my gym membership and go at 8pm before work, but I don't know how I'm going to manage a healthy diet since I share a kitchen with a bunch of daywalkers and don't want to wake them. Not to mention the only food available to me most of the time is breakfast food.

    Meal prep on the weekends so your meals are just "grab and go."

    I meal prep on my off days. I drink protein coffee at work and eat my solid meals when I get off. First meal around 7am. Another before bed around 10:30am. I sleep around noon. Last meal is when I wake up for work at 830am .
