Just joined about 3 weeks ago. Been half-heartedly trying to lose about 25-30 pounds for the past ten year. I believe I can do it now. Been 3 weeks and down about 7.5 pounds. Now going to the gym 3 times a week to work out and just started going additional days for legs and cardio. Fell damn good too for a 71 year old guy. Still playing softball weekly with the 30-45 yr olds and once weekly with 60+ guys. Wish I have started this years ago.
