Calorie dense foods I.e nuts/ nut butter's/ oils or whatever else you would enjoy eating for pleasure ...in other words high calorie foods0

Add high calorie foods into your meals. Nuts and nut butters are an easy one. Cooking with oil, using oil based marinades. Adding cheese to your meals. Sauces. Drink your calories (smoothies etc)2

If you continue to have issues eating it might be a good idea to see a doctor1 -
What is your age? Current weight? Athletic goal?
Peanut butter is incredibly calorie dense as is granola. As @hesn92 stated drinking your calories is remarkably easy and tasty, so putting everything in a shake is a popular and effective method.
I'm rarely hungry as well and just follow my routine - hitting protein goal and sometimes carbs depending on workout schedule.1 -
Also if you like milk, you could drink a glass of whole milk with all your meals. 150+ calories each (assuming you drink at least 8 oz)1

I’m in the same boat! I’ve been told nuts and seeds are really good for weight gain.0
