Hello fellow MFP peeps, this isn't my first time using this site and I really want to reach my goals this year.I've got about 50-70 pounds to lose long-term and would love to have some friends on here to cheer me along this journey and give support in return. so feel free to send me a friend request. A little bit about me, sci fi nerd who loves cats. married with 3 kids and reside in sunshine Florida. I'm doing a low carb WOE(way of eating) and doing IF (intermittent fasting).
