Hi! This is my second time using myfitnesspal. I had great success the first time, but was derailed my two major personal issues. I am the heaviest I have been and ready to get the extra weight off. I know I can do it, because I have done it before. Just mad at myself for letting myself go. Hoping to learn some new coping strategies- rather than food!

I have been the yo yo queen in my life at times!.... Even recently i had to start over cuz i got sick of logging my foods and gained some back. I have learned i cant be trusted to be left to my own devices when it comes to food hehe!
2 things help me.
1. keep my mind and body busy. The busier i am the less i think about food. (also keeping physically busy helps burn a few extra calories!)
2. Set small goals. For example think of the next 10 lbs you need to lose instead of the whole amount. Even though i keep the big picture in the back of my head i find focusing on small goals seems more manageable.
