    Bean burrito.
    Tofu with rice and veggies.
Pancakes made with soy, chickpea or almond flour.

    Do you eat eggs?

Beans, tofu, tempeh, and seitan are all high protein plant foods.

Some of my favorite higher protein meals are seitan stir-fry, seitan sandwiches, bean burritos, bean curries, chili, baked tofu and vegetables, pasta with beans, tempeh sandwiches, tempeh sausage and grains, lentil tacos, and bean soups.

One of my go-to meals is marinated tempeh sauteed with onion, served over a bed of leafy greens with a little avocado.
Tofu scramble is another favorite -- some version of this: https://itdoesnttastelikechicken.com/tofu-scramble-breakfast-vegan-champions/

Bean chili. Bean-based soups. On the soups sometimes I will puree an extra can of beans into the broth so it's a little bit thicker and adds protein as well. Certain vegetables like broccoli are very protein dense for the calories. Egg whites and string cheese if you eat them. You can also get vegan or vegetarian protein powders for smoothies or add them to pancakes.

Avocado on toast is a handy breakfast or omelette (I usually throw in mushroom, onion and tomato with paprika and garlic to flavour)
Lunch can be a good homemade soup with beans, peas or lentils. Beans on toast if you are in a hurry. All the Quorn products are decent protein wise and handy for a wrap or sandwich.
For dinner I substitute the meat for lentils or Quorn. I’d make anything from lasagna to “beef” curry to cottage pie to homemade pizza.
I’ll snack on things like chia seed pudding, peanut butter on rice cakes, toasted walnuts.
