Hi,

Registered once but not to active and focus, now trying to be come more focus to maintaining weight (70kg) with regularly exercise and better healthy food. Looking for inspiring method and spirit here.....5.6feet

I'm a 8.30 - 17.00 working hours, trying to exercise at least 40" everyday (swim, bike run & weight training).
