I'm looking for some scales to weigh myself and wondering if i can get some that also measure body fat, etc. If so can they synch with MFP andor Apple watch?

Just a word of caution here. Scales that measure body fat do it thru electrical impedance which is a very unreliable method of testing body fat. Hydration, high salt-days, etc. can all affect the reading and give totally unreliable values for body fat percentages.5

Forget the body fat bit, scales are not accurate at measuring that.
I have had both Salter and Weight Watchers Scales, both are good and they weren't pricey either, less than £20.
There are ones that do sync to this app, hopefully someone else will pipe in with that information.0 -
Body composition scales aren't really worth the extra money, they are far from an accurate measure of body fat.
These are the apps that sync with MFP https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps?app_category=scales1
