More reasons to eat eggs!!

Pretty good article about all the benefits of eggs. Thought I would share. I normally have 2 per day.

    Good points in that article! I've always figured that with all the nutrients in the yolk that helps develop a chicken, there must be good nutrition in it for me, too!

    Wow! I knew eggs were a good source of protein and healthful fat, but never heard before that they were good for your eyes, as well as hair and nails!! Thanks for the link!

    Nice read. Wish people would pay attention to #4 & #7. I get told all the time I'm screwing up my body because I eat 4-5 eggs every morning religiously.

    I think eggs taste delicious but something about them just disgusts me (same reason I can't do milk anymore). I try to just mix them with enough vegetables that I don't realize what I'm eating. Ever since I started eating clean I've probably tripled my egg intake.

    Relieved to see others eating as many eggs a day as me... I'm at 3 a day. Was getting worried it was a bit much.

    I've never met an egg I don't love. I never did buy into the talk that eggs were "bad" for you. Love eggs and I'm about a 2 to 3 a day er also.

    I do love eggs. As a vegetarian, they are a way of making sure I'm getting all the amino acids I need!

    Edited: read the article wrong, missed that it said ONE of the foods with naturally occurring vitamin D

    doesn't say eggs are the only food that have naturally occurring vitamin D but ONE of the only :).
