What We're Eating Wednesday

Breakfast: two hardboiled eggs, two clementines, slice of mozzarella, coffee.

Lunch: potato soup (made over the weekend), salad of mixed greens and tomatoes.

Dinner: leftover fried chicken, raw broccoli and cauliflower, baby carrots.

Snacks: a couple pieces of leftover sushi, probably; pomegranates; apples.

    It's like Groundhog Day until I get to dinner. :D

    Breakfast: Black coffee
    Mid-morning snack: Plain greek yogurt mixed with frozen blueberries and blueberry muffin protein powder.
    Lunch: Chicken breast, cottage cheese, and a honeycrisp apple.
    Mid-afternoon snack: Protein bar and a Monster Ultra Zero
    Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread
    Dessert: Enlightened Cold Brew

    Breakfast: oatmeal with chocolate protein powder
    Lunch: chicken and veggie soup with rice crackers
    Snacks: Greek yogurt, dark chocolate, apple, whatever else fits if I’m hungry
    Dinner: hmmm.... maybe pizza toast with green peppers? Or a scramble? I haven’t decided. I’ll decide on the fly I think.

    Breakfast - cold brew coffee
    Morning snack - protein shake
    Lunch - sandwich and cottage cheese and cut up cucumber
    Afternoon snack - apple with peanut butter OR whipped cream, haven't decided lol
    Dinner - baked ziti tonight with garlic bread and I also have leftover spaghetti squash which I just had for the first time last night. It was good!

    Breakfast: roasted potatoes and egg whites with cheddar cheese
    Lunch: roasted chicken breast with bbq sauce, roasted sweet potatoes & small salad with balsamic vinaigrette
    Dinner: Sloppy Joe sandwich the side dish is TBD
    Snacks: small apple and cheddar cheese stick

    snack: blueberry donut
    lunch: tossed salad and two corn tortillas with cheese and sour cream
    supper: skillet pork chops and peaches with couscous and broccoli

    Breakfast - Coffee & Oatmeal. 340 calories

    Lunch - Probably a sandwich or a salad with some crispy chicken. 400 calories

    Dinner - stir fry 380 calories

    Snacks - grapes, 130 calorie bag of chips, sugar free jello with light whipped cream, cheese string?
    Around 200 calories

    breakfast: big salad (green beans, asparagus, beans, lettuce, egg, tuna, yogurt), and applesauce
    snack: protein pancake and pb
    lunch: smaller salad (lettuce, bell pepper, egg, tuna, brussell sprouts), and some more pb
    snack: mini bag of popcorn, more peanut butter lol
    dinner: turkey patties (with toasted oats instead of breadcrumbs), and sauteed carrots/eggplant/mushrooms and chickpeas, + cucumber

    been trying to cook for my family at least once a week, i'm excited for tonight's dinner <3

    I try to eat the same things for breakfast and snacks and most days at lunch too
    Breakfast: coffee, cream, cottage cheese and berries
    Snack 1: veggies and hummus and light babybel
    Lunch : salad with chicken & balsamic dressing & nectarine , diet coke
    Snack 2: protein yogurt and piece of fruit , tea with milk
    Dinner : tonight it is beer and cheese soup and a glass of wine :)

    I am just updating because I've decided to have McDonald's for lunch and the potato soup and salad for dinner. It's... that kind of day.

    Morning Snack: Red grapes and a string cheese, coffee with creamer
    Lunch: Leftover enchilada rice bake from dinner the other night
    Afternoon Snack: More coffee with creamer, chocolate chip cookie dough Quest bar after my workout
    Dinner: 3 fish tacos with an avocado, lime, and greek yogurt topping, Diet Doc X
    Dessert: 1/4 of a pint of Peanut Butter Enlightened. c:

    Dinner: Eating at my in laws but I do know that my 4 year old was making an apple pie with grandma, so definitely that
