Alternative to prone jackknife with Swiss Ball?

Can anyone offer suggestions for an exercise to replace a prone jackknife (with Swiss ball)? I've smashed my left wrist too many times for the pressure that exercise puts on it to be comfortable/safe. I've been doing crunches on the ball in lieu, but would like something that more closely approximates the effect of the original exercise.
