How do I get my steps to reflect in my available calories?

I can’t see how to alter it!! I’ve got the phone tracking my steps but can’t see where else to change anything! Helpppp 🙂

Now most devices won’t give you extra calories until you surpass what MFP estimated for your activity level selection.0

I’ve been to the steps section and I’m just using my phone as I can’t wear a watch etc.. but it’s not adjusting! ☹️0

Hmm...How many steps do you have? I have to get at least 3k to see any adjustments.
Another thing you could do is use an app like Pacer or Samsung Health that syncs to MFP to transfer the data.0 -

1. Is it showing your step count in MFP (ie is it syncing to some other app that you selected in the Steps section).
2. The 0-point for sedentary setting is ~3000 steps (below that it will not add calories or will subtract them away if negative adjustments enabled).0
