Hi everyone,
I am starting again trying to lose weight. I have over 175 subs. to lose and am hoping this time I will stay with it. I work in IT and spend about 60% of my time at work sitting at my and 30% of my time sitting in meetings and about 10% of my time sitting at other peoples desks working on problems…so a lot of sitting.
About 2 years ago on MFP and I lost over 120 lbs., but I have gained over 60 of that back in these past 2 years. So I know I can lose the weight just need to keep up with it.
