Hi my name is Bob. I was doing well with my weight loss thanks to mfp. In March I had a life threatening illness that threw me off course for a number of months, fortunately I'm back but I need encouragement. I try to encourage others too.

    Welcome back!
    Go to the groups section and do a search for GOAD. Guys on a diet. A good weight loss group for motivation and encouragement.
