Some very nice ideas in here! I'm too busy to do anything too involved today, so I'm keeping it simple: Penne, grilled chicken breast, and Prego Heart Smart sauce with some sprinkled parmesan and crushed red pepper. Totals: 380 calories, 54 carbs, 5 fat, 32 protien, 560 sodium, 55 cholesterol.0

Figured this would be a good place for all of us people in a bulk to share our meals.
For me it was:
* Sweet Potato Gnocchi in a butter and sage sauce
* 1/2 cup Edamame shelled
* 2 Full Eggs & 4 Egg white omlette.
* Dessert = Homemade Casein pudding with Graham cracker crumbles and bananas!
764 Cals, 64P / 67C / 27F
Yum!
I'VE MADE THAT SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI BEFORE WITH BUTTER AND SAGE AND IT IS THE BEST THING EVER.0
