I worked with a trainer today and did mixed strength exercises.... chest- legs cardio-
I don’t have a Fitbit or other devise to track calories burned
How can I log a reasonable # of calories burned?
I’m 125.6 as of today and I worked for 1 hour
TIA

Just use it or use a portion of it. There is no way we (or anyone) can answer this for you. Be consistent over time with your Exercise logging and you will have some reliable data to use in a couple months.0
