I just had a personal best in lifting 125 lbs. doing back squats! 🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏻

    On Tuesday I ran/walked 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. It may not seem like much to some but at the start of September I struggled to get to 2 miles.

    My goal is to be able to run 3 miles w/o walking by the end of the year.
