I’m currently 5’7, 185 lbs. With a goal weight between 135-140. Most likely won’t reach the goal til the spring of next year as I’ve set myself to lose 1.5lbs per week. In it for the long haul and looking for some motivational buddies!

    I’m the same except 5’6” For me, age 54, I’m not doing the “long haul” thing again. For me It’s a false sense that there’s time later to “make changes”. I just started a 60 body transformation with a very qualified in nutrition and exercise coach. I need to stay committed for these 60 days. Looking for someone to help me stay accountable.

    I'm Deb. 5 foot tall and 180 now. I've lost 70 pounds in the last 5 months with Keto and Intermittent fasting!
